Here is just a short summary of each country and ways I will be serving them!

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡น Portugal & ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ Spain โ€” Camino

The Camino is more than a hikeโ€”itโ€™s an opportunity to meet people who are searching for purpose, hope, and something deeper. Portugal and Spain have deep Christian histories, but Christianity has become increasingly secularized, and many people who were raised around the Church no longer actively practice their faith.

Iโ€™ll walk alongside pilgrims from all over the world, listen to their stories, pray with people, and have honest conversations about faith and Jesus. Iโ€™m going to the Camino ready to love people, serve them, and share the Gospel with anyone God puts in my path. Iโ€™m SO excited to see how God uses every hard mile and every conversation to draw people closer to Him!

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ด Romania

Romania has a deep Christian heritage, but alongside that history are communities facing poverty, isolation, and social needs. Even where Christianity is culturally familiar, there is still a need for people to experience the Gospel not simply as tradition, but as a living relationship with Jesus.

Iโ€™ll come alongside local believers to serve through childrenโ€™s programs, practical care, evangelism, and discipleship. Iโ€™ll build relationships, encourage the local Church, and serve wherever Iโ€™m needed. Iโ€™m excited to get my hands dirty, love people practically, and show them the joy and hope that comes from knowing Jesus!

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ท Greece

Greece is incredibly important to the story of Christianity because Paul carried the Gospel into Europe through places like Greece. Yet today, many people are disconnected from the active Christian faith, and the country has also experienced significant economic and social challenges.

Iโ€™ll come alongside local believers, build relationships, serve communities, pray, and share the Gospel through conversations and hospitality. Iโ€™ll have the chance to walk where Paul walked while helping continue the mission he startedโ€”telling people about Jesus. How incredible is that?! I canโ€™t wait to see what God does when we step into places where He has already been working for generations!

๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ต Nepal โ€” Trek

Nepal is a beautiful country, but many communities still face economic challenges, limited opportunities, and difficult access to remote areas. The majority of the population practices Hinduism or Buddhism, so many people have little opportunity to hear the Gospel.

Iโ€™ll trek through Himalayan communities tucked under the shadow of Mt. Everest. The ministry may look like sharing a cup of milk tea, talking with young people, helping with sports or camps, praying with people, and reaching remote villages. Iโ€™m SO excited to take the Gospel into places that aren't easily accessible and to trust God with every step - literally!

๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ณ Vietnam

Vietnam is a place where ministry often has to happen quietly and relationally. Many people have no formal religious affiliation or practice traditional beliefs, Buddhism, or ancestor veneration, while the government maintains significant control over religious activity and registration.

Because of this, Iโ€™ll learn that ministry doesnโ€™t always look like standing in front of a crowd. Iโ€™ll build genuine friendships, pray, serve, and look for opportunities to share Jesus naturally and respectfully. Iโ€™m excited to discover how powerful simple obedience can be and to love people in a way that points them toward the One who loves them most.

๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ญ Cambodia

Cambodia carries a deep history of suffering. The Khmer Rouge genocide devastated the country and killed a huge portion of its population, including many teachers, leaders, and religious figures. That history has left generations carrying deep wounds, while the country continues to face economic and social challenges.

Iโ€™ll come alongside local believers to serve children and families, teach English, build relationships, and support the local Church. More than anything, I want to bring the hope of Jesus to people who have experienced loss and show them that God has not forgotten them. Iโ€™m incredibly excited to serve, love, laugh, build relationships, and watch God bring hope into places that have experienced so much pain.

Every country will look different, but the mission is the same.

LOVE PEOPLE. SERVE PEOPLE. SHARE JESUS. MAKE DISCIPLES.
